Early Summer
Bakushu (means autumn of barley) is a very elegant word. There seems to be no equivalent word in English, German and so on. The English title of Odu's Bakushu, a famous movie was "Early summer".

Hydrangea
Here is a waterfall promenade in southern Hokkaido. It has now been closed due to a landslide caused by a flood.
支笏湖近くにある滝の遊歩道での撮影です。土砂崩れのために現在は閉鎖され復旧の見通しは立っていないそうです。
