These are works of the compact digital camera.
コンデジ時代の作品です。
The shot of in the pampas grass was compressed the range because of shooting from a distance of 30 meters or more. The only way to take a portrait with a blurred background or foreground with the small CCD installed in the compact digital camera at that time was to fully zoom in and fullopen the aperture. Satie looks like standing in a field of pampas grass, but she was on the shore of a stream. The river has a width and the surroundings were open. Private houses are approaching on the opposite bank. I don't remember why we shoot in such a risky place during our trip. I think the pampas grass field looked so beautiful and shining that Wife made a drastic decision.
すすき野のショットは30メートル以上離れたところから換算370mmで抜いています。当時 のコンデジに搭載されていた小さなCCDで背景や前景をぼかしたポートレートを撮るにはズームいっぱいで絞りを開放するしかなかったのです。圧縮されてス スキの中に隠れているように見えますが妻の立っているのは小川の岸です。そこそこの川幅があり周囲は開けていました。対岸には民家が迫っています。旅の途中，どうしてこんなリスキーな場所で撮影しようという相談になったのか覚えていません。妻が思い切った決断をするほどにススキ野が美しく輝いて見えたので しょう。

空バックの何枚かは太鼓山で撮りました。 こんなに空が広いのは風力発電機の直下だからです。 当時は誰でも発電所に入れることができました。
青い海に蒼い空
そして光り輝く波。
緑の中での後ろ姿が妙に興奮を覚える。
そしてススキが風に揺れている中に
サティがいる。
「グッ」ときた。
